What We Do ...

Adapting new technologies that improve water use is an ongoing process in Alberta's Irrigation Districts. Automated controls, new water control devices and enhanced monitoring equipment ensures water is used as effectively and carefully as possible. Research provides the scientific basis on which to build new policies and develop new and improved practices.
